I work with....
Adult Individuals:
I work with adult individuals in all life cycles who may be navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, existential angst, self-doubt, career changes, loneliness, phone addiction or relationship difficulties.
Adolescents:
I work with adolescents around challenges such as body image, gender dysphoria, being a child of divorce, social dynamics with peers and academic pressures.
Relationships:
I work with relationships of all kinds. Within the context of romantic connections, I welcome relationships of all stripes and colors: queer, hetero, monogamous, open, poly, ENM, etc.
Additionally, I work with platonic relationships, such as close friendships that are weathering the interpersonal changes that come with time and commitment.
I also work with families, particularly those who are experiencing grief and loss as a collective, yet are struggling to understand one another.
Areas of Focus:
Grief & Aging
Over the course of our life, our bodies will change, and the bodies of those we love will change. If your health is currently stable, perhaps you are supporting someone in your life who is experiencing illness. As a caregiver and massage therapist, I have supported individuals and families who are acclimating to terminal diagnoses, degenerative diseases or who are slowing down due to aging or chronic pain. This work has involved working directly with grief surrounding lifestyle changes, anticipatory grief about future loss and existential questions.
My training as a level I death doula equipped me with tools to discuss sensitive and important components of end-of-life planning, such as advanced directives. Death is an inevitable transition that connects every living thing, but dominant culture does not make room to talk about it. Together, we can explore how aging and death are touching the many areas of your life and relationships.

Bisexuals & Queers
Bisexual identity can be full of possibility, confusion, yearning and more. However, biphobia exists in both straight and queer communities, which can make it difficult to feel safe enough to explore bi-curiosity. Bi-erasure and biphobia are often internalized, causing us to question or judge feelings of attraction.

As a bi provider, I am committed to supporting the full breadth of your sexual identity, no matter who you are currently dating or want to date. Together, we will work toward a liberated and accepting relationship to your desires.

I also enjoy working with clients who are in a fluid or transitional relationship with their gender expression. Exploring new facets of gender identity can impact relationships, especially those with outdated expectations about your identity. I aim to support genderqueer clients in self-expression that prioritizes what is present in the here-and-now, while integrating your past.
Anxiety & Depression
Perhaps you are seeking therapy because you identify as being anxious or depressed, whether that shows up as a pervasive sense of dread or in physical symptoms such as a increased heart rate, lethargy, apathy, restlessness, trouble sleeping or regular pangs of loneliness. Or, perhaps, some combination of the above. I've been there. Our world is highly stimulating and we are inundated with more alarming news than any human body is built to process. Depression and anxiety are normal responses to the relentless demands of modern life. Staying grounded within today's social landscape requires intentional acts of self-care.
In therapy, we will develop tools for regulation and release. We will explore healthy outlets for anxious energy while noticing what emotions underly our unease. By slowing down and listening to our nervous system, we can learn how to respond to the signals our bodies are sending, rather than feeling consumed by them.
